Visage (Viz) and her sister Muffle (Moof) are delightful girls. Viz is the more outgoing of the two, but she is shy until she gets to know you. Moof is slower to warm up to new situations. Both are calm and quiet. They play with each other and their toys when no one is watching (they think). With humans they'll play with "fishing pole" toys, but would much rather cuddle in a lap or be carried baby style. Both enjoy having their long silky fur brushed and are used to having their claws clipped. They get along well with their "auntie" Tweed-the tabby at the top of the LOCRA Follow Up Cat Adoption Facebook Page.

They've been together since birth in an old shed. The property tenants fed them. A third sibling did not survive, and their semi-feral mom went missing. I was doing some work on the property for some new tenants when Moof called to me from a brush pile. When I looked into the shed, Viz leapt out, ricocheted off my chest and disappeared into the brush. I managed to capture them the next day. Both were healthy if a bit underweight, with a mild case of fleas. Since then they've better than doubled in size. Now they are ready to find a forever home together.

 

All of our cats and kittens are spayed/neutered, microchipped, tested for FIV/FELV , and up to date on vaccinations including rabies, distemper, and de-wormer.
