Jasper is a very sweet boy who just want to be loved and petted.  He came to us as a result of a bullying situation.  Believe it or not, he was the one being bullied!  He is an awesome lap cat and really needs someone to help him build confidence.  We think he may do best as an only pet.  Are you up for helping and loving this boy?
