Peanut a nd his brother, Max, are two of the nicest, most polite cats you will ever meet.  Never bite, scratch, hiss, growl or otherwise misbehave.  They've had a rough go of it this year:  Their sole owner suffered a traumatic head injury and the cats were left virtually alone for quite a while, other than occasionally receiving food, water and litter box cleaning from a neighbor.  They have become very bonded.  Peanut has the softest fur you've ever felt, and beautiful, big green eyes.  He is the shyer of the duo but will happily seek out your lap once he gets to know you.  Peanut loves the laser toy and is especially fond of scratches under his chin.   Due to their circumstances, we are seeking a mature single or couple with a quiet home and no other pets to give this pair all the love and attention they deserve.  And they really do deserve it.  They are sweet, sweet boys who will capture you heart and become loving companions for years to come .
