This lovely young female is unfortunately the victim of doing what cats love to do: play!  Her owner surrendered her to our Rescue because the neighbors in his apartment complex complained that Oona and the owner's dog made too much noise playing and racing around the apartment.  Oona is obviously good with dogs, and loves attention.  She will start purring as soon as you pet her!  Doesn't your home need this playful girl?
