Purrr-fect kitten alert! Say hello to handsome Sharpie! This little Prince Charming is ready to make a mark on your heart! He is certainly NOT just another black cat! This solid little man has the cutest long legs and a very faint striped patterned in his gorgeous black fur. His family thinks he looks like a tiny puma or black panther. If you see him in person, we think you will agree!

He doesn’t talk very much with meows, but he will purr for days if you hold him and give him attention. Sharpie plays hard and he is happy to entertain himself, but when he settles down for a nap he LOVES to snuggle. He especially loves to prop his paws over your shoulder while you hold him so you can kiss him on the head while scratching his ears. He loves to wrestle with his sister, Marigold, scratch on his post, knead on a soft resting area, chase things, run though his tunnel and just explore and hang out with his favorite people.

Sharpie is the perfect definition of a kitten and once you meet him, you will fall in love. He loves to be with his sister Marigold, but it isn’t a must. He does get along with other cats and dogs. He does well with children and adults of all ages. He is not a picky eater and appreciates whatever form or brand of kitten/cat food he is served. Fun little quirk? Sharpie was separated from his mother quite early so when he is really tired, he likes to suck on his special blanket and “make biscuits” (knead) :) We compare it to a toddler sucking his thumb. His foster mom will give you his special blankie since it is his favorite! On rare occasions if he is tired he will try to nibble on people (he isn’t trying to bite you!) but if you distract him he will stop.
