Ahmi was one of 4 kittens found on homeowner's deck. By the time they secured this sweetie, the other 3 had disappeared.  So they called LOCRA for intake.   This is one special kitten! Not black, he is a black ticked tabby that is evident when you pet his fluffy, soft fur that has grays, whites and browns among the black. Ahmì is Japanese for pretty, and he is pretty both inside and out. He has a playful, loving cuddly spirit. His foster family jokes that he is part of The Greater Greeter Society: cats who run to the door to greet with joy anyone who enters, including the visiting grandog. He loves the other cats in his foster home, even the one who doesn’t like foster kittens. Ahmì was determined to befriend everyone and every animal with the idea “how could you not love me?” He is brave, not bothered by the roomba vacuum, thunderstorms or even New Years Eve fireworks. Ahmì’s attitude is: why worry when you can love?
