Tullius was doing just fine with his owner, an older gentleman, when, sadly, his owner died.  The landlord just threw poor Tullius out on the street!  Despite what he has been through, Tullius is a very friendly (though a bit shy) cat who loves attention and belly rubs.  You can even hold him like a baby!  Based on his situation, we think a quieter home would be best for this handsome boy.  Maybe that home is yours??
