Charley is a beautiful orange tabby.  He was found living outside in Detroit. And from the first moment we met him, we were struck by his friendly sweet personality.  Charley has a wonderful personality.  He is goofy and playful and loves to talk.  With the proper introduction, Charley is good with dogs. He loves other cats and his people.
