Celia was rescued as a stray in Detroit on a VERY cold January night.  She cried outside for an hour until she was brought in from the cold.  She is just the sweetest girl who LOVES attention.  She likes to be wherever you are and is a great companion.  Her right ear has a little crinkle at the top, probably due to frostbite.  She is SO grateful to be safe and warm in a home.  Is your home the one she was rescued for?
